Camouflaged dentistry

Clearstep braces are constructed from thin, see through plastics which will be almost entirely invisible to the eye. Treatment with Clearstep consists of several positioners which adjust the teeth incrementally. These positioners have drawn comparisons to ultra thin sports mouth guards. The positioners are far more comfy to wear than their wire & elastic counterparts and will also have little effect on your talking or eating! The ability to remove them also helps to maintain healthy oral hygiene as this allows for ease of access to your teeth for brushing and flossing. A lack of wiring and brackets also means less mouth ulcers! If you grind your teeth at night, Clearstep also provides protection for that during treatment. Clearstep is also designed for easy use with other dental treatments (such as a smile makeover).

Typical treatment

You would be wearing one positioner for about two weeks. During this time your teeth bring you that bit closer to your goal. Treatment tends to last between 9 and 18 months; will gradually be moved closer towards the desired point. Each new positioned will a similar stretch of time to conventional braces, the main difference being that no one will be the wiser about you are wearing them!
